  • The 4SX "Essex Carers - The Way to Work" project is co-funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund. It is designed to fit the complex needs of unpaid carers helping support both registered and unregistered Carers across Essex. We will tackle their immediate problems, build their confidence and resilience, and improve their health and wellbeing.
  • If you are planning to look for employment, gain more skills or just find out what options are available to you, we can help you to build strategies to move forward and achieve what once felt impossible.

"Essex Carers - The Way to Work" will support Carers across Essex to tackle immediate problems, overcome individual barriers, build confidence and resilience, improve health and wellbeing and secure a new future by embarking on a journey towards and into volunteering, job-search, education, training or sustainable employment.
